I am an experienced team leader with a vision for defining, developing, and delivering end-to-end content lifecycles across industries such as Financial Services, Technology, Telecommunications, and Consumer Products, in order to help companies achieve their goals around Digital Transformation.

My day-to-day consists of talking shop with content practitioners, design with XD and visual-design experts, tech with developers, and strategy with C-level executives and stakeholders to deliver a holistic, consistent, and unique experience with content at the core of it.

Over 12 years of experience as a Digital Marketer have contributed to my expertise in:

• End-to-end content thinking and execution around content strategy, operations, governance, and performance.

• Omni-channel marketing thinking derived from developing a holistic Service Design Blueprint for consumers across any given product or service.

• Inbound Marketing, SEO Strategy, Social Media Strategy, Customer Advocacy, Lead Generation & Nurturing, and Sales Enablement thinking and execution.

• Content technology expertise around platforms and tools that work smart in automating content inception, deliver, and performance across the customer lifecycle. This includes knowledge around identifying and implementing the appropriate CMS, DAM, CRM, Analytics, Marketing Automation & Cloud solutions, and others.
